Brand

Mission

Our mission is to become an aspirational life style brand, through a mix of healthy and fresh-looking yoghurt creations, well-thought-out design, and premium ingredients by paying homage to our Mediterranean roots.

Story

Fresh Yoghurt

Fresh Yoghurt

The idea of starting a traditional yoghurt focused concept came up with Deyvi’s inspiration from the Turkish culture, where he grew up before moving to London.

Having realised the lack of awareness for yoghurt in the UK, Deyvi decided to come up with different recipes on how to consume this potentially very tasty and nutritious product.

London

London

Mandira opened its doors in May 16th, 2017 in the back of top-notch supplier research, to bring the best quality food to Londoners. Our light-filled store in Covent Garden is mainly designed for take-away, while allowing seating space for 12 customers.

Having initially started as a Fresh Yoghurt Bar, Mandira, today serves a cafe-style menu inspired from the naturally-healthy Mediterranean cuisine.

While keeping our Covent Garden store as the flagship cafe, Simit by Mandira pop-up opened in April 2018 in Old Spitalfields Market, as a result of high demand for our freshly baked Simit creations.

Be rest assured that Mandira Team continues to put all its effort in to bringing you the highest quality food, prepared on demand.

Sourcing

Finding the best quality ingredients has been our mission even before we opened our doors in May 2016. It took our team almost 1-year to find the top-notch local supplier.

Although many food vendors do not publicly share their suppliers, we are thrilled to do so since transparency sits at the core of Mandira’s business culture.
